Topper's Restaurant

This will be our 20th year going to SXM. We are going down for 5 weeks and will be going to many place. We are anxious to try Toppers . Other places we enjoy are Uncle Harry's for his lobster and our favorite place for Happy Hour is The Kissing Fish Bar at the Summit Resort. Chloe and Thiery who run it are the nicest people. If Toppers is as good as people  say we will have a ball there.
